The seasoned Thinkstream management team brings a wealth of technical and business skills into the web services marketplace with significant management experience in innovative technology organizations including such leading companies as Fifth Generation Systems, Symantec, WebTrends, Hewlett-Packard, Silicon Graphics, Apple, Intersolv and Tektronix.
BARRY L. BELLUE, SR.
President &
Chief Executive Officer |
Prior to founding Thinkstream in 1996, Mr. Bellue had accumulated fourteen
years of software and technology experience on top of a decade in financial
services, banking and public accounting. Mr. Bellue was President and CEO of Fifth Generation Systems from 1985 to 1993. Under
his leadership, Fifth Generation evolved into a major international software
publisher developing 34 titles and marketing them worldwide. The
company's backup utility, Fastback®, was for a decade one of the
microcomputer product industry's top ten best selling software packages.
Symantec Corporation, a world leader in internet security technology,
acquired the company in October 1993. Mr. Bellue served as a member of
Symantec's executive team until March 1995.
Mr. Bellue is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for 1992.

MICHAEL S. SMITH
Board Member |
A principal investor in Thinkstream, Mr. Smith has served as Chairman of the
company's Board of Directors since 1994. For 19 years he was Chairman, CEO
and President of Basin Exploration, Inc., a publicly traded oil and gas
company that he merged with Stone Energy in a $440M stock-for-stock
transaction in February 2001. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Freeport
LNG Development, LP, a private concern engaged in LNG terminalling and
regasification.
Mr. Smith also serves on the Boards of Directors of the National Jewish
Medical Research Center, Colorado Ocean Journey, and the Development Council
of Colorado State University. He has previously been a member of the
Governor's Minerals, Energy & Geology Policy Advisory Board for the State of
Colorado. In 1992 he served as Chairman of the finance committee of Ben
Nighthorse Campbell's campaign for United States Senate.

MICHAEL K. MALONE
Vice President,
Research & Development |
Since joining Thinkstream in 1997, Mr. Malone has overseen the development
of the company's distributed architecture technology and associated
information and commerce enablement applications. From 1993-1996 he worked
for Symantec Corporation as a Development Manager for the Security Business
Unit, where he was responsible for the development of utilities in the
enterprise networking market for backup. Prior to joining Symantec, Mr.
Malone served as Vice President of Development for Fifth Generation Systems,
overseeing its consumer and enterprise applications for worldwide markets in
desktop management, anti-virus, backup and general utilities. Previously at
Fifth Generation, Mr. Malone held positions as Director of Quality Assurance
and Director of Technical Support. Mr. Malone holds a patent for the
development of Thinkstream's global distributed information system.

MORRIS M. ALEXANDER
Chief Financial Officer |
Mr. Alexander brings nearly twenty years of experience in finance and
accounting expertise. Mr. Alexander brings prior experience as a controller
with Waste Management, Inc. where he was responsible for several
multi-million dollar facilities. Most recently, he was Director of Finance
for Noranda Alumina LLC where he was in charge of the finance and purchasing
for the alumina refinery located in Gramercy, Louisiana as well as their mining
operation located in Jamaica.
Mr. Alexander has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern
University and a CPA license in the state of Louisiana.

PAUL SAN SOUCIE
Vice President,
Customer Relations |
Bringing nearly a decade of Quality Assurance expertise to Thinkstream, Mr.
San Soucie manages the company's Customer Support Team. Before joining
Thinkstream, Paul worked for WebTrends Corporation as a Quality Assurance
Manager where he was responsible for building a QA team, implementing
programs and testing scripts for new products. Prior to WebTrends, he served
as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager for Symantec Corporation. In which
capacity he managed several QA teams on anti-virus and security products on
Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

KIM B. BERGERON
Vice President, Marketing |
Ms. Bergeron has over two decades of experience in the technology industry
with specific emphasis on software marketing, product management and
business development. Kim brings to Thinkstream prior experience at IBM,
Novell and Fifth Generation Systems where she held worldwide marketing,
product management and alliance roles for each company. Kim's most recent
employer was Dell, where she managed the alliance relationship between the
manufacturer and Microsoft Corporation for the systems management and
messaging product lines.

BARRY L. BELLUE, JR.
Vice President, Operations |
Mr. Bellue began his technology career at Fifth Generation Systems as a
technical support manager with specific emphasis on systems management and
consulting. Deciding to explore entrepreneurship, he left Fifth Generation
to found BLB Construction, where he led huge teams in project management for
many of the major oil companies. These projects included the image
upgrading or reimaging of retail gas outlets nationwide for Shell Oil Co.,
Exxon/Mobil and Texaco, and involved total management - from material
procurement to manufacturing and installation. During his tenure at BLB,
Lee also consulted for Thinkstream in the areas of product strategy and
project management. Since joining the company's management staff, he has
overseen all project development schedules and deployments.
Mr. Bellue has been a reserve officer for the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's
Office for the past 10 years.

CAMERON COTRILL
Vice President, Development |
Mr. Cameron Cotrill brings to Thinkstream nearly 20 years of experience in
programming and project management experience. An expert in C++ and Java,
Mr. Cotrill also has significant experience in other languages as well as
extensive experience in all aspects of modern software design and
implementation. In addition to his extensive programming expertise, Mr.
Cotrill has considerable experience in managing large, multi-site software
projects from inception to customer delivery. During his over 8 years of
experience working as a programmer and manager at Symantec Corp, Mr. Cotrill
led teams that developed and supported such products as Norton Utilities and
Norton Antivirus. At Thinkstream, Mr. Cotrill has led the development of all
the distributed search technologies and the Louisiana Integrated Criminal
Justice Information System, ICJIS. |
