Thinkstream Field Reporting enables secure, paperless
submission and management of arrest information from any
web-connected computer. This system is designed to provide
valuable time saving help to the officer with electronic
preparation of the usual time consuming reports of incidents
and arrests.

– instead of relying on notes taken while handling
an incident, the details of the incident are captured
the moment Dispatch takes the call at communications.
Communications captures the incident, stores it in the
first responders Inbox and the officer is able to access and
add detail to the reports after his shift, without reentering.

– instead of one-size-fits-all paper forms, custom
Web forms are designed to capture information based
on the type of incident, so a domestic violence form
collects different information than a public disturbance
form. Additionally, helpful wizards, step first responders through
forms, ensuring that mandatory fields are filled out
and that the record is as complete as possible.
- Intelligent routing of reports to appropriate
parties – completed incident reports
are is automatically routed to the supervisor for review
and approval. Additionally, rules can be set to automate
routing to other agencies or to other units for follow
up, such as domestic violence cases.
- Compliance with reporting standards
– state and national reporting standards are put
in place to enable the analysis of crime statistics.
